Our time in Custer SD just FLEW by! We had something going on every day, not much time to lay back and relax.
During our stay we put on 661 miles and 42 hours on our CanAm UTV exploring the many trails around the southern Black Hills. All I can say is the scenery was breathtaking.
We dropped down to Pueblo CO to visit our son, Alex, for a long week-end. Our daughter, Jackie, flew into Rapid City to stay with us for awhile.
We also had our good travel friend, Jean, arrive for a stay in Keystone SD and we had a chance to catch up with her and take her and Jackie on an awesome UTV ride from Deerfield Lake to Rochford. A really wonderful day.
We are on to one of our favorite campgrounds in the Spearfish City Campground. We have stayed here MANY times. The RV sites are a little cramped but it's a small price to pay to stay here. We will be here 2 weeks and will have our son and Patricia's brother in for a visit during our stay. This will be the first time in 4 years that we have had our whole family together.
Coming here is like coming home.
