How Quilt it is!

We added Paduka into our route because it had both Hancock's Fabric & Quilting flagship store and because it's home to the National Quilt Museum. The museum hosts a collection of incredible quilts that are really works of art on fabric. We spend time exploring the many beautiful quilts and were moved by the 9/11 quilt exhibit and the memorial quilt that had the names of all that perished. There was also the exhibit "Stone Portraits and Sacred Stonescapes" by Denise Labadie that was just incredible. The three dimensional characteristics and realistic representations of stone structures was really impressive.
